An orientation will be given to each class at the designated time of their visit. Team Turtle Bus staff will lead the students in the Team Turtle Pledge and inform them of the Team Turtle Rules. Students will also be given a brief description of what to expect on the bus. Teachers are required to accompany their students. It will be an enjoyable learning adventure for everyone.

The bus is filled with Touch Screen Computer Games and features the Team Turtle Challenge Game Show to assist students in making healthy choices. The Team Turtle Characters and activities represent four main areas: Safety, Nutrition and Exercise, Substance Abuse Prevention and Conflict Resolution. The activities are designed to allow students to make choices and see the consequences of their decisions. At the entrance of the bus there is a hand-activated message giving students access to the Team Turtle Mobile Training Headquarters through the flowing gray curtains. Dr. T., the trainer of the turtles, helps host the Game Show.

Kino = Safety
The bus features two computer games on safety. Play It Safe allows students to gear up the turtles for safety, and Safety Inspector helps them identify safe and unsafe conditions in the home, on the street, and at the pool. Students are also challenged to answer questions from the Game Show on ways to stay safe on the street, in the car, on a bike, and at home.

Claudi = Substance Abuse
A set of questions are featured in the Game Show on the bus that challenge students' understanding of the harmful effects of smoking, drinking alcohol, and sniffing inhalants.

Diera = Nutrition
The bus features Diera's Diner Computer Game, which allows students to make balanced meals. There are also a set of questions that are part of the Game Show that focus on challenging students understanding of what foods fuel them up to go and grow.

Ferox = Conflict Resolution
The Make Your Own Video Computer Game allows students to create a video by choosing an ending to various conflicts to see consequences. The Game Show also features a set of questions that challenge students' understanding of feelings and reactions.

Dr. T. = Skill Builders
In the rear of the bus, children participate in an interactive, multiplayer game show called the "TeamTurtle Challenge". A large screen television displays several multiple choice questions referring to the four key areas. Children choose the best answer by pressing buttons on their own individual keypad. Dr. T, the trainer of the turtles, helps host the game and he encourages the children to have fun while they learn about safety, nutrition, substance abuse and conflict resolution.
